What should i look into ?

What should I take ?

Is there any advice that you would have given to your younger self(related to money and looks ofc)

I'm 24. The only universal advice I can give you is don't worry too much. You have time. Don't fall into the mentality of "it's over". Worrying doesn't give you anything, it only takes and limits you.
At the same time, don't waste all you youth on games and consuming. Socialize, hang out with your friends, meet everybody. Your connections will be one of THE MOST valuable things for you in the future, and could mean the difference between having a good life and having no life at all.
Now sit back, kick back your legs, slurp some tea, and be glad you're 14 and not 24.

I'm in my 20s as well and connections are very important, irl connections that is. I did what I could to socialize in middle and high school but it never worked out for me and I ended up KHHV as an adult with almost no friends either. But at least I tried and let life run it's course before screaming it's over. I didn't sabatoge myself rotting on forums when young and only come here because of how my irl life turned out. Still gotta enjoy what you can and I enjoy my hobbies as much as I can instead of always wallowing in misery. OP needs to touch grass before it's too late and enjoy his childhood

No matter how your life turns out, if you can honestly tell yourself that you gave it your best with what you had at the time, you can at least be proud of that.
Not everyone gets a happy ending, unfortunately. But you never know what ending you'll get until you give it your all.

Yeah, I had a lot of things working against me in life and just never was that lucky especially when it came to social life and romance, but I tried what I could within reason and still enjoyed the things I could. Had absolutely zero friends my entire time in high school and only had one in middle school. Tried to make friends and talk to girls a lot till I was around 19 and realized that since it hadn't gotten me anything by then, continuing to try a lot was pointless. There is a certain point you do have to give up on a lost cause to not waste time and energy, but you gotta have tried for long enough first.

Still beats thinking it's over at 14 and then getting to my age and realizing you might have ruined your chances from giving up too soon. I didn't get into BP till 19 when I knew shit wasn't gonna be getting better, at least in certain aspects of life. Many of my close family members are dead too, so not like I have a lot of family either, and losing some of them hurt like crazy. Seeing a parent on their deathbed when I had just barely entered adulthood at that time scarred me a lot. Least I spent a lot of time with each of my parents, especially the one that died so I don't feel regret

And at least I have a car because driving is one of my favorite things to do and always was. When the weather gets better I can't wait to go for a fun drive on the highway again. A few weeks ago when the weather was better I was cruising at 90 miles an hour for fun. Even if you are an incel and have shitty life circumstances, you still need to enjoy as much as you can. Wallowing in misery all the time is just digging yourself deeper

Take care of your looks from a young age

You should already be consistently going to the gym, eating a good diet, sleeping well and taking care of your skin. Consider heightmaxxing therapies if you aren’t growing properly, roidmaxxing if desired but research heavily.

Manage your social life, too. Try to get in with people who will both provide you with social opportunities and who you will genuinely connect with and who will help you to better yourself.

Don’t stress too much at your age but try to figure out what you want to do in life and begin working towards it. Try to do well in school, read, work on personal projects and engage in extracurricular activities. Get into a sport if you can it will help in college

Get an (ideally customer facing) part time job as young as you can, good for your CV, lowering inhib and getting some savings early. Its also good to develop an entrepreneurial mind, see where you can make some money fulfilling a demand.

Get any sort of physical, psychological or neurological disorders diagnosed and treated ASAP. Things like ADHD, personality disorders and hereditary conditions are easier to manage the earlier they’re dealt with.

Other than all that just have fun. You’re still young and well, in a couple of years you’re gonna have to worry about work and money and relationships and taking care of yourself and all of the woes of adult life, so enjoy the freedom and innocence of youth whilst it lasts
