Yes. At the end of the day, the real issue was never looks. It was being unable to do what you want in this world. Being bound and caged. For me I think, looks/the concept of genetic determinism, the end of growth, etc. were just painful reminders of my weakness and limits.

But also what is reality, after accession, what are you left with? Your ability to ascend is limited to marginal gains at a certain point.

If your life quality increases, that’s good, but you’d still have no drive.

I don’t know either, but there has to be more. Small things might make the difference.

After ascending, I'm left with being able to talk to people without being extremely ashamed. I get to leave my house without being ultra depressed most of the time.
