Do you guys have the grain of sand in your balls?

Like a tiny pebble or grain of sand. It can be hard to find sometimes. You have the two balls, then the little lump ball attached to one of the balls. Then when I feel around sometimes I find like a grain of sand, just want to make sure it's not cancer or a blood clot or something. Can you guys please feel your balls for me and confirm?
