i started in lookism in 2017, 8 years ago. You mog me slightly.

I did ascent though, but I relapsed on rotting. But I will ascend again. If I could do it before, I can do it again.
This time I need to focus more on mental-health, sharing emotions and building deeper connections so that I don't relapse again.

Especially handling strong negative-emotions is the main reason I relapsed from ascension. Being unable to cope with it and then losing interest in trying anymore, losing old routines that were good for me, closing off socially.
