now that i've got giga used to manual cars, i personanlly dont find it fun to keep shifting and shit, i wanna make driving more fun as in driving to my destination, accelarating bumping music without scared

should i buy an automatic car or just keep going with my dad manual (its an opel astra)

Yeah, manual gets annoying in traffic or in hilly areas. I can see its appeal somewhat but in my general day to day, I'd prefer an automatic. I'd keep a manual, more sporty car for when I want to actually feel like a race car driver, but thats not when I'm commuting.

It does become nearly second nature but there's tons of scenarios where it can become annoying regardless. Some cars just also have shitty shift mechanisms.
