How do I know if I’m balding? I already having MPB in temples but I’m scared that my crown is also thinning… literally might kms soon.

If I comb harshly a few may fall out but that's normal. No protocol. The cause was malnutrition in my case.

shedding can have many reasons. and it's normal to lose up to 100 strands a day. I'm on finasteride since a while and notice higher shedding than usual. Which is actually a good sign that the med is working. I've forgot the phases of each hair cycle, but yeah shedding isn't always a bad or unusual thing unless you are literally balding.
