Do you guys think a flat mouthguard can fix teeth alignment

I'm not sure how it would do that. Mouthguards can help with clenching. But to fix that you don't really need a mouth guard. For fixing alignment of your teeth you should work on your overall body posture. Also if your palate is decently wide misalignment by itself is not a huge problem

No I don't think that's good either. I'm not sure how your palate is, but the only orthodontic interventions that I think are worth are those that expand your palate. But even then unless your palate is in a really bad spot, you likely do not need it and by itself it's still not gonna fix much.
