Ironically I notice the darker the Indians get, the better their bones get

Jokes aside, the Utrar pradesh region of india wich many are lighter and many of them actually having white features are basically less robust and have less bone mass compared to their southern brothers whereas the southern indians have more robust and more bone mass but yet different colouring as in darker features.
