Finally hit 2000 posts in under 3 months. In my opinion, I have learned more on org than at school during that timeframe.

I have done far more reading about pharmacology and anatomy on Wikipedia than I have done for class. Although .org has helped me in my classes as well, specifically biology and psychology. I would also say that .org fosters more of the sort of intellectual curiosity that school somewhat punishes. Org users are genuinely pushing boundaries. Lastly, people on .org are far more interesting to talk to (in most cases) than normies because they also have a passion for the subject matter.

I am curious as to what you guys may think, since some may consider .org to be a very toxic place that is not a good learning environment (you do get called a retard a lot).

I agree with the part where everyone here is after the same shit so it is way better than talking to normies. But personally, I don't ever really actually learn anything, personally. Great take and I do actually agree.

I agree, school is extremely overhated on here. It can be tedious at times, but in my opinion, it is genuinely useful to provide you with a basic understanding of the world. And it improves cognition.

Its absolutely not. 99.5% of users of this forum dumb as bag of rocks.

99.9% of people on this forum not worth taking advice from.
