Do you guys think statins, hepatoprotective drugs as ancillaries all get mogged by SR9009?

And do you think statins, beta blockers etc while on AAS is too much?

Yes, I'm spreading the SR9009pill as far as I can because I've read almost every single molecule written about it in the literature and from what I've seen it's the golden nectar

It reduces total cholesterol massively by regulating the activity of Cyp7A1 which is the rate limiting enzyme responsible for cholesterol synthesis but it also controls cholesterol synthesis via the suppression/activation of genes. Multiple polymorphisms at REV-ERBα have been associated with obesity and hypercholesterolemia

activation of REV-ERB reduces the levels of cellular and plasma glucose

It reduces insulin secretion and increases insulin sensitivity

REV-ERBα suppresses...
just keep NAC and sum exforge on hand, maybe some GH peptides if your lipids go to shit

you most likely wont need the exforge, start ur cycle with cialis and see if you really need the exforge

I’ve already started bhai and what might cialis do? Is it that strong to lower bp or is it for something else?

Which do you think is better, statins or peptides for lowering LDL?
ghrh+ghrp stacks show insane improvements after around 8 weeks, but the whole igf-1 shortens your lifespan thing and a peptide manufacturer disclosing that "any animal that was treated with DAC died a horrible death" u never know

peptides will melt the fat off you tho

good for slightly elevated BP but if your shit gets out of hand just pop an exforge, my dads been on that shit since it launched and he calls it a miracle drug with no sides compared to what he had before

Ahh I can’t do peptides because they need to be stored in the fridge and my parents will clock on, I’ll just stick with antioxidants and beta blockers of it goes out of hand ofc.

How did he find out his bp went out of hand? Were the symptoms very obvious?

activation of REV-ERB reduces the levels of cellular and plasma glucose

It reduces insulin secretion and increases insulin sensitivity

REV-ERBα suppresses NF-κB signaling in human endometrial stroma cells and mouse macrophages/microglia cells, and down-regulates expressions of related genes, such as Nlrp3, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-18, Tnfα and Ccl225,34,35,44. In addition to an indirect regulation mechanism via NF-κB signaling, REV-ERBα directly regulates immune genes (e.g., Nlrp3, IL-1β, TLR4, IL-6, Ccl2, Mmp9 and Cx3cr1)

It increases drastically mitogenesis (creation of new mitochondria) and increases the uptake of glucose into muscle tissue

It's neurotrophic/neurogenic and highly antioxidant too

cherry on top, when SR9009n was used in conjunction with dexamethasone (one of the strongest glucocorticoid medications) it inhibited all the glucocorticoid induced anticatabolic genes. So it's strongly anticatabolic.

Oh, it selectively kills tumors without affecting non-cancerous tissue and is also highly hepatoprotective by increasing bile acid synthesis.

It mogs statins and beta blockers to death. Statins cause muscle wasting and beta blockers make your penis limp.

My blood glucose has been consistently below 4.8mmol/L all day since starting. I eat hundreds of grams of carbohydrates a day

I fall asleep like a rock too and get tired in the late evening because it's a circadian rhythm agonist

Yes please tag me too.
One issue is that SR9009 has zero oral bioavailability.

There are two options, both of which work and neither are noninferior/superior to one another

You can either make an oil based solution and inject like you would testosterone or other steroids, or you can dissolve it in 99% DMSO and use it transdermally. I made oil and got it to hold at 25mg/ml but I could have gone way higher. This was the recipe:

20% benzyl benzoate
2% benzyl alcohol
78% MCT oil

It held perfectly and the injection is PIPless.

I read every word but could this prevent against left ventricular hypertrophy due to increased blood pressure and heart rate from excercise and AAS? I

You could also take it intranasally but that's a hassle when you can just inject or dissolve in DMSO and apply topically to the inner arms/wrists

Absolutely, it's super cardioprotective from what I've read.

It doesn't really mitigate blood pressure problems though, so if you're prone you'll still need to do cardio or even take telmisartan/nebivolol
