Do you guys train neck at home or at the gym?

I fear training neck at the gym will make people think im a retard idk why i care tho

You can easily Train it home, no need of gym for that

yeah theres a kind of attachment you can buy that goes in your head and you connect to pulleys

Some exercises yes but ideally you should do it on a bench or on the floor ideal is bench tho. Unless you buy a neck harness.

even without weights? i only have 3kg dumbells at home
Yep you can but don't expect a huge neck without weights unless you do neck bridges(spoiler: don't)
You could put the dumbell on your forehead and do the exercises but idk if it would be too uncomfortable

Of course bro you dont even need weights. You can do chin tucks or idk how to say but you lay w your body on something like a bed and keep your head outside of the bed while looking up and then just stretch your neck

Good after neck training to stretch it but it's going to do jackshit for hypertrophy. I have direct experience since I worked my way up to a 10kg plate doing reverse neck curls in the past.

Adding weights will just speed up the process

Buy the weight belts you can attach weights on, put it on ur head, sit down and curl the weights with ur neck
