Meh its not bad especially if you use 1-2 cm height increase. I COULd see it would became problem if you go for 1 inch.. Its too big.

Some of them give you 1-4cm.. better than nothing lol.

Sock insoles are uncomfortable af. They rip easily and not to mention when your feet start sweating in them, the rubber material causes you to slip and slide all over the place. If you wouldn't mind all this, then go for it.

If youre only planning to wear them for an hour or two at someone's house, it's not so bad. It's when youre frauding with them for a whole day, all the problems i mentioned, start happening. Also the ones I wore were half an inch to an inch.
