Do you happen to be reluctant when it comes surgery ?

I have a low-opinion on my nose and there was no day where I dreamed about fixing it until recently. I don't know what makes me change my mind all the time (it might have to do with the cost and the risks associated with surgery).

What makes me so reluctant is maybe the fact that my nose is probably not really that bad..I ignore if its a blue pill cognitive dissonance that pops up in my head occasionally.

This shit is really annoying, do you also experience this kind of confusion too ?

I change from with no surgery in the world I will reach 4 PSL to 1-2 fixes and I'm PSL 6 within minutes

I actually I'm quite aware of what i need tbh. I was once like that. Being objective is the key.
