I called my mom today and she told me I'm a bad person because I look down on other people. I do but I also help them at the same time. I'm not sure if I'm a good person.

Looking down on other people is natural and is actually beneficial overall cause it makes you more low inhib and less likely to care what they think. Looking down doesn't mean I'm being mean, in fact I'm nice overall, it just means I don't put them on a pedestal.
