But back home, yes, i doubt it’s sleep apnea though.

Yeah it is a coping mechanism reality is so bad for you that you Learned lucid dreaming to escape from it and have a better life there.

no i didnt dream in a while maybe months or just didnt remember i stooped dreaming a while

I did it a couple of times it is too scary for me every time I realize I'm in a dream I try to wake up by closing my eyes then I become unable to open them and feel like I can't breath and move then I randomly wake up.
