I have been working out at home for 2 months, but I don't see any improvements. I also feel like I do something wrong. Do you have any tips or routines for working out at home (With bodyweight, Dumbels and a Pull-up bar) (I am 16 btw)

Up the intensity and get your diet in place.

I try to eat 3000-3200 calories, most of them are from healthy food. I have 1 cheat meal a day.
I have 1 cheat meal a week, not day. (sorry)

pull ups (wide is better for wide back) and rows for back

one arm push ups, explosive push ups, dips between chairs for chest

lateral step ups are great imo for legs and dont need much weight if any, plus straight leg glute bridge for posterior chain
