If you actually ascended and still feel the same way then perhaps.

Albeit it’s always better to get professionally diagnosed before convincing yourself you have certain mental disorders, it won’t have a positive impact on your mental health that’s for sure

Yeah I would say it has gotten worse

I mean I’m extremely ugly right now so that’s not BDD to feel disgusted about that but I feel like even if I fixed all my flaws tomorrow I would still feel insecure

But I also think the treatment I would get from others would fix it if I did wake up handsome
