Do you have Quincke's sign? It is a sign of severe aortic regurgitation.

I have this shit but have no syptoms of aortic regurgitation. I even listened to my heart with a stethoscope and all sounds clear (there should be a murmur after s2 in aortic regurgitation). Check it and report back.
