How to know if you have subhuman fat pad genetics aka face fat.

1. If your below 15%bf fully debloated and your face still has like this thick look (not puffy) just thick it means your fucked.

2. Even with a piece of cake or a slice of pizza your face automatically gets bloated.

3. When ever you gain weight (gymcels on a bulk) your face automatically looks 30%bf.

Now I can relate to this because I have terrible fat pads. Even tho I’m 13%bf, have a robust face and a big skull. I still don’t have hallows.

So if your in this boat best u can do is get buccal fat removal or do lipo lab.

Idk I feel like having empty fat pads is the best bc u can send a bulk and still mog. Take Lucas Karger at 25%bf with hallows still. Not saying imma get that fat but mainting less then 15%bf year round is ass
