Many people here spend thousands of money on fillers or undergo bone-reshaping surgery when their real problem is that their features are hidden beneath fat. If your bone structure isn’t visible, it’s not that you don’t have it, but that body fat (BF) is obscuring your facial features.

For most men, the ‘sweet spot’ for a defined face lies between 10% and 12% body fat. In this range, the cheekbones become prominent, the zygomatic arch is defined and the jawline becomes pronounced without the face looking gaunt or unhealthy.

Facial fat (the cheeks) is the last to disappear, so if you’re at 15–18%, you’ll still have facial ‘puffiness’. You don’t need a miracle ‘mewing’ technique if you can’t see your jawline; you need a consistent calorie deficit and to manage fluid retention (sodium/potassium).

Are you gonna tell us alcohol is bad for our health next? This is insanely obvious just cus people’s inhibitions are too high doesn’t mean they don’t know.
