examine your posture first. make sure youre straight up not leaning forward

shouldnt be looking like this when walking.

if you try to be observant try to pick out exactly whats wrong with your walk and just slowly build better habbits that might help idk or go to a podiatrist and tell em u walk retarded its kinda their job
