Do you have tips on how to hightmax?

I´m 16 and 170m and ppl a class grade below me are already taller than I am. My dad was 180m and my mom 163m, so i dont really know why I dont grow anymore. Do you have Tips? Should I start this jumping and running or are there other methods or supplements?
Or should I just ropemax?
