do you have to cycle off Ashwaganda / KSM-66 ? or is it cope

Ive heard this a few times. is it cope or can I just take these pills everyday and most likely be absolutely fine.

I take 1000mg KSM-66 extract in the mornings

tongkat should be cycled not ash
