I don’t wanna keep wasting 10-20 bucks throughout the year on this shit. Can’t I just use the same shit for like 5 years?

Do you know what happens to syringe needles after a few uses? Something like this probably happens with a dermaroller too...

The dermaroller is dirt cheap, some people claim it's not even that effective and it can cause more harm, because those needles come at an angle, rip the skin and can cause scarring, in a dermapen however the needles come vertically and have minimal damaging effect. The dermapen is of course more expensive.

Yeah I was planning on buying a derma stamp, wouldn’t it be more cost efficient to buy the stamp and only have to buy the cartridges long term?
