No you dont, its just a lie that the jewish orthos tell u so that they can charge u for a new one when you inevitably break it or lose it. Ive gone 12 years without wearing my retainer, my teeth never changed.

The only exception is if your Invisalign was used to treat like an overbite or underbite (that you should have gotten jaw surgery for), the forces created by your misaligned jaws will bring your teeth back to where they should actually be respective to each jaw.

Or if the reason your teeth were fucked up was because you were tongue thrusting or something, just stop tongue thrusting and you wont gotta wear it. Unironically just mew.
