Do you keep contact with your ex's parents? - Am I The Weirdo?

I have currently been wondering if it's weird as I've had some comments on it from my family members. I still see my exes parents, for context Ive been quite close with her family as I've been with them through some of the bigger life events/struggles like my ex's grandad passing where I was the one pushing her grandma's wheelchair at the funeral, and her dad specifically as he has had health issues I've helped him with and I was kind of the son he never got and we have similar interests. I don't see them whenever she's home ofc. But when she's studying abroad I see them now and then for a pizza or talk about suits/cars/current work projects and so forth. Am I the weirdo?

Maybe becuase I’m a quiet awkward weirdo and I’m difficult to get along with and I’m just not fun to be around because I’m a high inhib cuck unless I’m drunk then I get too crazy. No middle area
