Extrememly robust bone structure and a genetic tendency to store little fat on the face.

I have a chad friend with a huge square jaw/chin, that got laid like crazy with ~25% bf. You could still see his robust skull with big mandible and good jaw definiton. His fast food belly was never a problem.

You didn't define if it was visible or not, you just said "still not good." If what you wish for is a chiseled jawline (aka definition in the jaw) then just lower your bodyfat. I thought you meant it was not visible, when under that bodyfat you should at least tell where the jawline is.
