Diet is an essential part of looksmaxxing, much like sleep and if you don't know how to cook the food, then you are doomed. Even if you know how to cook basic stuff, you must know how to cook more complicated stuff (like oatmeal, or stuffing a turkey and whatnot) and polish this skill.
