No one likes cops anywhere in the world, there's not a single place where if you would ask people on the street if they like cops they would say yes.
I'm still not sure however how they manage to get girlfriends and wives if they are so hated, they are very rarely incels.

It's really rare when a totally unassuming and valuable member of society is a victim of crime. And in those cases it can take years for the cops to find the perp, and incarcerating them is extremely expensive while the numerical probability of being a victim of crime is very low.

Overall I'd say law enforcement isn't worth the cost even though most cops are great people.
