Shorter philtrum are always preferred as far as I can tell, so long as it's not too short. At the end of the day, what matters most is chin to philtrum ratio tho. Your forehead size does not matter, it could just be that you got a bigger skull and so ppl can place 5 fingers on it. It'll look good so long as it's approx a third of your face. It's all ratios at the end of the day.
