My voice is usually fairly deep but sometimes it just fluctuates into sounding like a fucking child it’s pisses me off nigga.

My tonality is absolute fucking dogshit and I’ve got a British accent (not the lower class slum ones but not upper class either)

I think if my health improves once and for all this will stop happening
