16:8 or more :ogre:

yes but it's unrelated to the fasting itself, more so to not consuming food that bloats you.

Absolutely. Even models look leaner on one meal a day.

A 48h fast makes my face very slim and bones very visible.

72+ takes too much effort.

Intermittent fasting combined with a low sodium intake will let you mog 90% of average people even if your face is plain.

I’ve noticed sodium massively impacts facial bloat but have you noticed carbs having an effect?

High amounts of refined carbs (white bread, pasta, sugar etc) effect me even more than sodium but I didn't have the energy to engage in flame wars with clueless carb worshippers who claim it has no effect (while it binds 4 grams of water for 1g of each carb you eat).

(I do eat them sometimes - but only as workout fuel. Eating them on off-days is a great way to get a bloated face.)

How about potatoes? I know it’s starch but I was thinking just eating 50g carbs from potatoes whenever I’m going on nightout?

Also the added potassium helps I guess?
