I often delude myself into thinking I look somewhat normal in the mirror, especially front profile. I'm going to be 26 soon and get mistaken for a 16 - 17 year old, in candid photos I look as young as 13.
Sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror I can't figure out why I look so young, but as soon as I see my side and 3/4 profile I understand why. I look like a bloated chinless boneless chipmunk cheek having 10 year old.

I look bizarre in photos and it's difficult to accept that's what others see when they look at my subhuman face.

I don't know. Cameras always expose me for what I am and that's the point of this thread. You think you look cute in the mirror, but all it takes is a candid photo to realize what you see in the mirror is really your brain trying to stop you from roping.

I can recognize I look underage even in the mirror, but I look closer to 17 - 18, in photos and videos I look 13 - 15.

When I take photos with my back camera my cheekbones pop a lot (like in the mirror) but when I take selfie’s my cheekbones look pretty death tier and non existent. I’m not sure, personally I think I look way better on back camera and mirror. Maybe my brain is deluding me though. It’s an impossible question to answer tbh
