I mean I haven't gotten banned or warned ever though, so I don't think it applies to me. Of course I'm largely basing it of off my own interactions with him, but how else am I supposted to evaluate the mods? He also seemed to be doing a good job in the ban appeal section, just like Jonas was. Maybe he has done something that I'm not aware of, but thus far I like him.
