I have (mild) sleep apnea, idk if that's enough to get jaw surgery, but if I don't fix my recessed jaw I will stay incel the rest of my life. When you get jaw surgery, do you need to get braces right before the procedure? I've already had braces the past 8 months, and will have them on for another 10

cope, no jawsurgery for non NT my guy! :feelswhy:
 
For sure, braces are also meant to keep your occlusion stable during the post-OP.
