Do you need GH secretagogue if you alr take HGH?

Say i already do 4-6IU of HGH in my current stack , would the addition a of GH secretagogue such as CJC 1295 , Mk667 , Tesamorelin , Ipamorelin be too much? Would it have synergestic effects?
