if you can get your lats to protrude enough that they're visible from the front that fixes how you look to a large extent, same goes for having a narrow rib-cage.

first few cycles are unlikely to shut you down, and most people recover without pct.

Idk, but I plan to inject hcG last 4 weeks of the cycle.

Now that I understand the science fully using HCG at the end of a cycle to “restart production” makes very little sense.

you dont NEED to but it is optimal to ensure your chance at restarting your HPTA. anecdotally, i did hcg half way and ended up fine, though im still on pct but my bloodwork looks good. my balls are working; i have high LH
