I’ve been taking 2 2mg nicotine gums per day during social events or when I’m around girls and It has made more focused and made me more calm since I have adhd, as well reduced my appetite and I’m wondering how long it’ll take til I need more and more nicotine to get the same effects because I’m planning on taking nicotine for a long time so it’ll be helpful if somebody who has been nicotine for a while tell me if they up dosage or not and if so how long did it take?

ur gonna get addicted no matter how hard u try not to. i also have adhd and after 1-2 years of nicotine consumption can confidently say im full blast addicted and quitting is harder than most other substances ive done. maybe cycle caffeine and nicotine so u dont only rely on one and build tolerance too quick.

Yeah I’ve been taking caffeine pills for work as well but it makes more nervous and anxious so I try not to as much, only if I’m tired and need more alertness

i dont think nicotine is addictive, its found in plants.

It was a ploy by the big companies in order to stuff 100 things in the cigarette, and then blame nicotine for the addictive properties.
