I’m too lazy to make a protein shake and it tastes like shit, id rather Zyn and drink vodka with diet soda and not eat anything else.

I had a reeces cup but that’s it

Go on a calorie deficit .
For example if you eat 2000 calories work out and burn 2500 calories

Ye but do you need protein? Im fat for my frame im probably 20% bodyfat at least if i dont eat protein will i be skinnyfat?

Eat atleast like a couple chicken breasts a day, 3 small slices atleast.

You’re gonna lose all your muscle, that means you won’t even have a toned body, you won’t be ripped like you imagine. You’re gonna look squishy and bland if that makes sense

Bad advice , even if he does lift weights he won’t keep the muscle without eating decent amounts of protein intake. It doesn’t even have to be much.

Protein shakes are gross, why don’t you just buy a pack of chicken or some red meat and just eat a bit of that everyday? I mean protein shake will do the trick too but the other option is much more pleasant.

Yes otherwise you will lose muscle. You need to lift heavy and have lot of protein to preserve muscle mass during a calorie deficit

That's the one thing I regret from my 60lbs weight loss is that I didn't lift weights, just did cardio. Yeah it was nice finally being slim and having a jawline but I was also weak as shit and had the body of an Auschwitz prisoner
