Maybe, I don't know. For me, going to the gym is mainly about staying in shape, because a lot of men over 23 who don't work out look shit, which connects to bloated fat face. But I don't think I'll ever be able to build a really aesthetic physique because of my pectus excavatum(maybe if i got surgery)

gym is cope i just work out at home, by spamming indoor bike while listening to music or watching netflix , then my dumbbells and pushups, want to add a pull up bar.

I think its 1-2 stage ,but idk tho.Either way, it's noticeable. I've had an ultrasound of my heart and lungs, and it doesn't affect my health. I'll also be getting an ultrasound of my chest muscles to make sure

Honestly, it's really hard for me. Everyone who's seen me without a shirt has noticed it. I'd have the surgery right now if I could, but my parents are a bit against it because it's kinda dangerous or hard surgery

I mean yeah. It could be noticeable in some situations, like when I'm wearing a normal T-shirt with a shoulder bag or something like that, but in most other cases it's not visible at all. I'll visit another doctor to get an opinion. thanks
