Do you schizos honestly hear voices?

I have paranoid schizophrenia however i dont hear voices

However i get thoughts outta nowhere, as If they are Not mine, intrusive thoughts, but i think thats normal, Like i cannot Imagine Other people Not having Strange thoughts

But once in a while very rarely I swear I could hear someone calling out my name.
And when I look around no one is there.
