I have decent amount and length of arm hair, I should add.
More problematic, from the point of looking hygenic and kempt, are leg hair that grow too long and curl up.
If you shave then you cut the hair with a sharp thick end leaving, will feel like a stubble. You would have to continue shaving if you continously want to look kempt
