this week my schedule is consistent

today i slept from 5 to 9 pm and i’m about to sleep from 3 to 6am

it changes every week since i sleep all day on sunday

you have to reset your sleep schedule so that you can keep it consistent. go to sleep and wake up everyday at the same time is ideal. way to do this is to get sunlight immediatly after waking up. this will make it so that your pineal gland starts a countdown for producing melatonin. the later on you first see the sun, the later you get melatonin. you also need to follow this: no caffeine/energy drinks 14h before bed, no food no heavy work and food 3h before bed, no blue light 1h before bed (blue light isnt bad it just inhibits melatonin from working, sunlight is blue light)

this should help a lot, ill make a guide on this
