I feel no genuine emotions outside of anger and depression so when I try to do a fake smile or an inviting facial expression it looks uncanny. Is this an actual problem or is it just lack of high trust facial structure?

You do not smile becuase you have not in years and you know mentally you have nothing to smile about. You feel angry and depressed only when you see others, when you see girls or people together wishing you were apart of them. In the end, we can only burn down the village to feel some "warmth" or rot in the cold.
