My collagen isn't very good and i rarely smoke or drink. Also not much sugar. Probably from tanning a lot. I'll have to do something about it this summer.

I only ever smoked cigars, so pure tobacco. Cigarettes will fuck you up. Chemicals in paper, additives and cigarette tobacco polluted by cadmium and polonium is what's causing most of the issues.
