I regret that I started smoking but it’s not like I’ve been doing it for a long time so I haven’t really done any long term damage to my lungs I started smoking around 3 months ago and I haven’t smoked a cigarette for two weeks now.

smoking since 14 like a retard. vaping all day long, 3-4 cigs a day and weed once every 1-2 month. thankfully there are no signs of lung damage
