Do you suggest Italy for surgery?

I live in Italy, I heard that altought the quality of the surgeons here is high, it is hard to book complex and risky surgeries or to book multiple surgeries in one single session
Do you relate to this? Are there any other good quality-cost country where you went for your surgeries?
