Before the full invasion, and especially before 2014, there were many russian-language schools in Ukraine.

2)Demilitarization — after the beginning of the war, Ukraine has probably become the strongest army in Europe. In terms of drone technology, it is definitely 1 right now. Almost every day, Ukraine has to defend itself against hundreds of Shaheds. When a few of them entered Europe , they failed to destroy them despite using millions of dollars worth of rockets
