Do you tan without tanning mt1

Im lazy and theres not much sun or warmth left anymore... if i do 500mch for 2-3 months and not properly tanning will i still get tan.

Or any color, I know mt2 you get tan without doing anything

I mean you should be on the sun for at least 10-15 minutes a day if youre on mt-1. And more youre in the sun tan will be better
