Do you think a good face can override face tattoos?

I mean if you don't mind about face tattoos that's you but many do care. There's this artist that has tattoos but he's still gl, he's called FEnces

This is an album cover and you can clearly tell he isn't ugly, but he does have face tattoos which is weird. But I feel he can get away with them even to people who hate them

Put it this way, even if you're good looking, it can't help imo.
